Hi All,
A resident person with salary income from US has wrongly claimed him to be a non resident and also has shown his foreign tax credit under TDS instead of Releif u/s 90 for FY 2016-17 and has filed ITR 1 instead of ITR 2.
He has received intimation u/s 143(1) for tax credit mismatch.
But Rectification return is not allowing to change ITR form. Could anyone pls help me out on this?
