Tha status of assesee is A TRUST and the Income is below taxable limit.

on mere words status can not be assessed.

If u ignore the notice it will result into more consequences despite of the income .

So its better to response to the notice or send us your detail we will look into the case and will provide u best solution ( Charges Applicable)

One of my assessee has received a notice for defective return for one Assessment Year. Assessee wouldn't want to respond that notice.

My query is that what will be the consequences if assessee not respond that notice. Whether that return become nulify only or any other penal consequences will be faced by the asseessee.
