I have filed Income return of my company for the A Y 2012-13 on time. Being the first year of incorporation and didn't have started any activities, i prepared only Balance sheet. Now i got notice u/s 139(9) for not filing P&L a/c. I have incurred only preliminary expenditure and is shown in the balance sheet.
1) is my return defective?
2) How can i rectify the return?
yes return is defective.Please rectify the return as per notice time period
