Hello Experts,
I have received the defective notice u/s 139(9) in december month whihc was shown in "my pending action" in Income tax profile. But at that time thinking that i have filed a correct X M L i select N in not agree with defect column and give my remark.
Later on i came to know that there is a tax payable and paid the same amount in jan 2016 month. Now i want to upload the correct X M L. And once again i received the notice under 139(9) but the same is not showing in my pending action in income tax profile.
In this case how can i upload a correct X M L against notice of income tax u/s 139(9).
