Defaults how to know in tdscpc.gov.in in advance like in tin

In tin-nsdl.com site we used to get mail whenever 'default' is generated.

 Now.... from tdscpc we are not getting any e-mails like that.

We could not see atleast on the site that a notice is generated like in tin- nsdl.com

We could know only when we receive notice .

The justification report we could get only if the site works 

But what Income Tax Act says a intimation generated  has to be treated as a notice and the interest on interest is levied from the date of generation. Ref Sec.200A (d)

Now without generation of 'intimation' we get notice with interest on interest.
