Hello,
I want to know which type of default is taken into account while publishing the defaulter's list by MCA? FYI, this list is found on the bottom right side on the MCA21 page.
I'm asking since I know of a pvt ltd company which has not yet filed its annual forms 20B, 23AC, 23ACA for the financial year 2010-11 but I could not find the name of the company in that list.
