please help. Is section 43 A (concept of deemed public company) still in operation or it has been abolished???

The provisions of section 43A of Companies Act, 1956 except the provisions of Sub-section (2A) are not in force at present.
The amendment to this section has been made by inserting sub-section (11) w.e.f. from 13-12-2000.
