Hi ,this is rajiv , I would like to know about the deemed export. A company is a holder of EPCG Authorisation and sale thier final product to a export house and for a export house this products will be used as one of the raw material for producing a product for export purposes. Whetehr the products supplied by us to the export house will be deemed export for us.

In your Case You are to be known as Supporting Manufacturer, And this type of Transactions are Exactly Known as Deemed Export.
If Your Comany wants to Import Some duty free material then you can get Advance Authorisation from Director General of Foreign Trade on Submission of Application & Follow the Procedure given in Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009.
