Can any body tell me hospital located in faridabad can it claim deduction u.s, 80 IB (11C) which is applicable to non metropolitian cities accordint to finance act 2010 wherin the finance minster gave dedution us. 35 ad to specified business areas which includes faridabad also.
Can anybody throw light whether it has opiton to claim either u.s 35ad or u.s 80 IB (11c)

Dear Mam,
Faridabad is a not an eligible place for sec 80 IB(11C) being an urban agglomerations of Delhi.
Since sec 35AD has not prohibited any such thing and hence the same can be utilized.
