Are you living in rented accommodation?
How much HRA you are getting?
Total Deduction will be Rs. 150000 under section 80C

EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION IS DEDUCTIBLE. IT IS BETTER NOT TO ADD THE EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION IN THE GROSS SALARY.

If the employer contribution is the part of your salary then it is deductible under 80CCD(2). Otherwise not.
better to visit some CA's with your salary slip.
