1) Assessee has incurred expenditure for Cancer Traetment of his granmother , whether he can get exemption under section 80DD of the Income Tax Act,1961.
2) Whether "Cancer "disease is "Person with disability".

Grand-Mother is not covered under the definition of Dependent. Dependent in Sec 80DD, means the spouse, children, Parents, Brother and sister of the individual assessee. Further, Cancer is also not covered in the definition of disability.
