Can an individual (severe disable) claim both deduction u/s 80 U and u/s 80D for mediclaim insurance paid during the FY 2019-2020?

Yes but have justify proof to claim and
the amount cannot be double or you can say same if it already taken in 80D
now if that person claim deduction under section 80U he can't claim deduction under section 80DD
