hi frnds. if a woman gets salary((incuding arrears)of her spouce after the death of his spouce.. can she claim it's deduction u/s89???????
lyk in this case that income will b addded in her income from the "other sources". nd i think deduction u/s89 can b claimed only out of income from salary. bt in that case her tax will b calculated with higher rate of int. and at the same time one can't file return in the name of a person who is not alive.
do u hav ny idea.......?
