Deduction u/s 80DDB
Can I claim deduction for Nasal septum deviation or deviated nasal septum (DNS) is a physical disorder of the nose, involving a displacement of the nasal septum.

if you fall under physically challenged or mentally challenged or visually disabled person, then you can claim but for the dependents not for the assessee. in order to claim deduction on medical grounds you need to fall under the diseases specofied in sec.80u
