HR deparment of a Organisation can allow deduction of Section 80E to employees while computing TDS deduction on salaries???
They have to allow the deduction u/s 80E
If the conditions under section 80E is followed why not.? The Department has clarified that the employer must be cautious while allowing deduction under section 80G for computation of TDS on salaries.
