Hey ,
there i want to know whether "conversion charges" (paid annually) & Parking Charges (paid annually) to municipal corporation of delhi, be claimed as deduction under head House Property .

Only Municipal taxes paid to the Corporation as per teh Bill provided by the Corporation can be claimed as deduction from teh Gross Rent Received.
AFter that you get a deduction of only 30% of the balance amount towards expenses incurred fro maintaining the house. No other expenditure would be allowed. So you can't get the dedcution for parking chgs etc..
