Is Parent of assessee eligible for deduction u/s. 80D? for 25000 fixed or 30000 as per age of parent?

They are eligible, if parent age is 60 or more than they are eligible for 30000 or otherwise 25000

For AY 2019-20..
Self & family is 25000
If Self (senior citizen) & family 50000
Parents 25000
If Parents (senior citizen) 50000.
