The limits given for deduction in respect of family pension u/s 57(iii) is per annum or per month???

In the case of income in the nature of family pension, a deduction of a sum equal to
a) One-third per cent of such income
or
b) Fifteen thousand rupees,
whichever is less, Per Annum
