donation for Nepal earthquake has been deducted from salary can any one tell me what is the pan no.,pin code and address to be mentioned in itr

Hello anita,
Ask from client to which trust amount have been donated however in case of donation made to fund setup by government u/s 80 g(2) then u can use pan GGGGG0000G.
