I have invested in a Gold savings fund (this is a fund of funds and not an ETF) in 2011 and have got a statement of loss from the MF.
Where should one declare LTCG loss related to MF investments in ITR2. I see a section for STCG gain/loss but not for LTCG for MF investments.
I assume that LTCG loss cannot be set off or carried forward from an Income tax purpose. Can someone confirm that?
