Sir,
As per central sales tax we have to receive Form H quarterly for the year 05-06 & 06-07. If some of the dealers issued us Form H on yearly basis can sales tax department refuse and ask to pay full local sales tax on forms which are received yearly?

As the same was happened to one of our client, but, that is about form'C' (late submission), In LVO they didnt accept it, I went to JCCT for appelate to submit the 'C' form & also to reduce penalty & interest amount. --Please you may go to JCCT. |
