Whether a Private Limited Company can declare "Interim Dividend" out of Free Reserves despite losses in the consecutive years? If yes, please let me know the formalities to be complied with as per CA 2013. It is urgently required please.

There is an oscilliation that "It can be, and It can't be", to confirm the same this rescue call.
