We have charged Service tax to one of our customer. And that customer is refuse to pay service tax since he is not comes under service tax slab. He is ready to give declaration. What kind of declaration i have collect from him. Is there any specified format for the same. Please help me to get it resolved
first of all, its your company who have to deposit the service tax after collecting it from your customer, In case he is not ready to pay then you have to bear it after recalculation of the same. For eg he pays you 100 rupees then you have to calculate service by assuming 100 rupees inclusive of service tax.
