What kind of declarations need to be given by Directors every year to Company. Does the same should be given after considering the foreign companies also.

Disclosure of interest in form MBP-1 and declaration that they are not disqualified under section 164
Only mbp-1 is required every year while dir-8 require at the time of appointment and reappointment of director.
