Debitt Note raised Against Service Provided

Hello Dear Friends,

Being a Service provider we provided services, and we have recd. debit note raised by the other party against the some part of amount payable by them. Now i have to file my return, My Ques. is how can i show that txn. in my Service tax return. Becoz. i haven't to make any payment on such debit note.

If you  have the relivent bills for the same amount, then no need to pay service tax for that amount.

If service receiver raised debit note which implies that the service provider will not be paid for that amoutn. For unrealised amount , no service tax liability.
