my yearly business is more then 20 crore . I have made e invoice . I want to know debit note will be made online or post directly on gst portal at the time return filing

Both the options are available.You can raise debit note directly or at the time of gstr1 return filing...

Debit note in case of other circumstances directly at the time of gstr 1.both the options are available.

As you are enabled for e-invoice, you have to generate e- Credit Noted or e-Debit Note through e-Invoice portal.
