If a Purchaser had issued debit note to seller then how will it will be treated in GST Act.

What does that mean?

Suppose I sell something to my client worth Rs 7500 and he became my debtor, and I am his creditor. Client want to reduce the price of a good, and we agreed, and I asked him to issue a debit note to me. Is that not allowed?  Please someone clarify
