Can anyone advice me on timeline to execute debentures Trust deed, within what time it should be done.
Pls take it on urgent basis.

within 60 days of allotment and 3 months of closure of issue
Both conditions to be satisfied or one?
sec 71 says the 60 days limit and rules prescribes 3 months limit so practically both have to be fulfilled
