As you have explained your problems. In this case arises of death of partner and you have to reconstitution of partnership firm bcoz there are more then two partner and partnership fir require the at least two partner to continous the partnership firm. and after the reconstitution of firm the new PAN no. must be applied by new partner.there is no case of dissolution of the partnership firm...........

But to inform you that there is no addition of new partner. The remaining 3 partners are continuing the business.
