If a company had 2 directors only and both are died several years ago and now MCA sending notices to the company at regd. offices, what to do? Can we simply write MCA to stike off the name of the co. as it has no directors alive.

If company is not operative then it is better you take the advantage of EES, 2010 forn get strikeing off the name of the Company.
Dear Friend, who will sign affidavits and bond, when there are no directors. new directors can not be appointed.

If there is no director than promoter can appoint director.

u can attach death certificates of the deceased directors, and the affidavits can be signes by promoter or legal representatives of the dead directors!!!
