Death of a CS

Sorry to hear about this, I pray for his/her soul to rest in peace and may lord give his/her family courage and strength.

No time gap have been provided in Act for CS appointment. Simply, in a Board meeting note the death of CS and appoointment of new CS in the same  board meeting and authorize a person to file the Form 32 for the same.

Just pass a Board Resolution for appointing CS and file Form 32 for Appointment and removing CS (has died)...

Yes, In the Board Meeting note about the death of Company Secretary and file form 32 within 30 days. Then, appoint a new company sectetary in the Board Meeting may be same or next or as and when you find the CS and then file form 32 within 30 says of the same.
