You ned to register dsc first and then on last tab of verification you need to select name of signing authority, place, abd click on sign with dsc. Once you submit you see the message that you will receive acknowlegment in 15 minutes. You need to login after sometime then on dashboard you will see download acknowledgment tab. you can get it
