It is not possible that cash balance become negative. Its a common sence that how can u expennd Rs. 10,000/- (for example) if u have only Rs. 5,000/- in pocket. U must check ur books of accounts regarding the issues for negativity of cash. U must also check the physical balance of the cash. Only for that reason director can't invest cash in the business. And ur english requires to be positive first.............
