Deals with share warrant

The Companies Act 2013 dose not ( directly) prescribe any law regarding shar warrant , however warrant are treated as "securities" Under section 2(81) of the Companies Act 2013 , shown under Equity and Liability in Balance Sheet, but not part of paid up capital , until and unless converted in to share.
