In dealer return source documents based on which credit is passed on is to be given against the sales made by the dealer. So whether in dealer return purchase of the quarter which are not sold in the relevant quarter are also to be given.

Plese guide on the above matter

As per my knowledge , every one who registered with Excise are filed there Excise return on line , & there is no requirement of giving document.

Actually here the word document means which Purchase invoice detail to be given while filing dealer return online, whether the total purchase made during the quarter or only those purchase detail against which sales are made during the relevant quarter are to be given while filing dealer return online

E filing is not mandatory for all manufacturers. Are you talking about ER-5 or what?

There must be a name of the return form. So can you tell me the name of the said form so that we can have a talk to the department in that regard.

Sir actually i am filing dealer return online through aces site for the period Apr-June2012 under Rule 7 of the CENVAT Credit Rules, 2002 and it is named as the Dealer Return Form

Please download the said form from the same website itself and after generating the xml file upload the same. You will not face the difficulty as mentioned by you earlier
