Dealer excise regi in punjab state

Dealer regisration procedure common for all states. Login in to aces.gov.in and apply for registration . It is a simple procedure.

But In Punjab there is a separate excise act is also there,  Which one is applicable?

Central Excise Registration is same for all the states in India. It's not differ from other states..    Central Excise Rules are Applicable to all the states same.  other wise seperate Notification isssued by authorities.
