Dear all, kindly help me , there is a deadlock in a private company, because there are only two directors and both are not in talking terms. one of the director filed a case in CLB about other director.kindly advise the future course of action.

Who is the owner or major shareholder of the company? He will have to do everything to keep the company going. The question is whether the director filed a complaint on his personal name or on behalf of the company?
