How to de link Pan with Aadhar due to two pancard.

If you wish to cancel/ surrender your PAN (which you are currently using), then you need to visit your local Income Tax Assessing Officer with a request letter to cancel/ surrender your PAN.
create a new user id and paasword with the PAN you wish to use in future. and submit a application with AO to cancel the other PAN. you wish to delink.
