What is the DDT rate for ay 19-20, A co paid 100 Lakhs dividend to its shareholders what is the DDT amount should be....?

20.56 with grossing up. you will pay 20.56lakh
But Grossing up should be for 17.472, and we will get 21.171% right

Dividend Distribution Tax :
at the rate of 15%
100/(100-15)*100 = 117.6450588
117.6450588-100 = 17.6450588
Add Surcharge @ 12% and Cess @ 4%
17.6450588 * 112% * 104% = 20.55529, approx 20.56%
