DD favouring whom to make for obtaining duplicate marksheet

I have not received my Intermediate marksheet of December 2011. I was going to apply for obtaining duplicate marksheet. Can anyone tell me in what name should I make the demand draft? It is mentioned in the institutes website that DD should be made favouring "The ICWA of India". But there was a name change recently. Should I make DD favouring "The ICWA of India" as written on website or "The Institute of Cost Accountants of India"?

As for exam applications or regn.. it is mentioned to draw DD in favour of "The Institute of Cost Accountants of India"... You can take DD in that name only..., but.. if you have not yet recd marksheet.. its not fault on your part.., just check at office..whether you need to pay extra fee for duplicate marksheet...

Yes, I will have to pay Rs. 100 by DD. It is mentioned in the Institutes website and prospectus. This is no fault of mine but still I have to pay the amount.

I have sent a mail at the Institute's examination email ID enquiring the name in whose favour DD has to be made. But I received no reply.
