Date of issue of Form 16 in case of NRI

We should issue Form 16 upto April 30 of next assessment year.

i m talking about NRI case.as i think in the case of NRI issue date is different.

Certificate can be issued within one month from the end of the month during which the sums have been paid, or
Where more than one certificate is required to be furnished to a payee during a F.Y., on request of a payee, payer can issue a consolidated certificate within one month from the close of such F.Y.

There is know specific provision under Income Tax Act, 1961. Form 16 in case of NRI as wel as RI should be issued within 16 days from close of the Financial Year.
