one public company has availed loan from one bank. it is being regitered with ROC also .Now under multiple banking arrgements two banks atre taking over the loan creating paripassu charge between themselves.

How to register such charge and what are the dates of such creation of ccharge

maybe, the first bank will get the right as a chargeholder of the asset charged as it was the fault of the 2nd bank to give loan on the asset already charged and registered with the ROC.
