date of board report

I suggest that Director report should be signed either on the date of Auditor Report or after because if Auditor report is qualified, a explaination is required in Director report. Thus logic is to sign Director report after reading the Auditor report.

I m new to the forum.. Agreed with my friends Nirali and Ankur.. But if we practically file Annual Returns online on MCA portal.. Form 23AC does not accept the date for Director's Report if it is later than the Date of Audit Report..

Whats the solution for that??
