I'm applying for PAN Card for HUF of a recently married couple. They dont have a HUF Deed and want to apply for a PAN Card.
What would be the Date of Birth in this case?
HUF comes into existance when one gets married hence date of marriage is date of birth of HUF
HUF will be automatically created on the day of marriage of karta.
