As per AS-9.-
It depends upon the terms. If it is FOB then the sale should be booked when the goods are shipped or say let exprt date. if it is CIF then sale should be booked only after arrival at the destination port.

In point of view
Make the Sales entry on date of export invoice and Shipping bill date given by the custom authority. ( Physically Cargo loaded ) there is no problem that it will be CIF, CI, CF or FOB anything else.
