Whose data is being entered. Please explain.
Data entry work comes under job work and at present it is not taxable. If any firm getting it done by other operators then it may be taxable under manpower services.
If you send data entry operators to their premises it will be charged under manpower services. If you engage data entry opertors and do the entry it will attract tax under Business Auxilary Service.
