Data disappeared from e-Campaign

Hello All,
I had received e-Campaign (Compliance portal) notification to submit responses in that site. This was about a few years ago.
I had submitted my responses accordingly and it was all correct entries as per the then records.
As I check the e-Campaign website now, it does not show any data for that year. I checked all years from the drop down but it does not appear anywhere. It's gone.

Should I be concerned or this is normal if there's no action or discrepancy in the data?

I mean I had filled my ITR correctly and nothing was missing in it and so whatever records they had identified in e-Campaign all matched with my data for that FY, so there was no discrepancy or disagreement in the records.

Usually, this alone is not a problem. The current Compliance Portal primarily shows active e-Campaign/e-Verification items, so older closed items may no longer remain visible. If your ITR for that year was correctly filed, there is no pending notice, no outstanding demand, and AIS/records are matching, then there is generally nothing to worry about. For safety, you may still check Pending Actions, e-Proceedings, AIS/TIS, and keep any old acknowledgement/email. If needed, contact the AIS/Compliance Portal helpdesk.
