hello sir.. kya mai mere business ke transaction I mean banking turnover mere Mon ke account se kr sakti hun.. return mere naam se bharti hun... agar mom ke account se turnover kiya to Kya prob hoga..

Why are you doing transactions with your mom's account ?
If it's your business, that you have to use your own account.

If its a business.
you should hv a joint account in you and your mom's name.
return should be in the name of firm having a seperate pan.
