What is daily limit of rcm for purchase of goods or services from urd

No limit. Fully exempted will 30.09.2019.
- NN 22/2018-Central Tax (Rate), dt. 06.08.2018

Daily 5,000/- limit was imposed earlier vide NN 8/2017-Central Tax (Rate), dt. 28.06.2017 which was later omitted vide NN 38/2017-Central Tax (Rate), dt. 13.10.2017.

The RCM related Cash Limit is Rs 5000 in all the Inwards as per sec 9(4) of CGST act...


But in Current scenario the said sec is suspended to 30.09.2018. So, No more limit said preiods.
