Cwa final self study/coaching

Hey friends, i have cleared my cwa inter(both grps) in first attempt (dec 2011) and presently preparing for finals...I want to know whether I should opt for self study or coaching...capital market and financial management are the subjects in which im facing difficulties...so plz suggest reference books for the same and tips to prepare for the finals strategically ...

I suggest go for study material and suggested answers and than use reference book, me only using study material and suggested answers.

Thanks a lot for the valuable suggestion Mr. Gaurav . I cant get my concepts clarified only with help of study materials. Our Institute's study mat is not well organised. since m opting for self study, as a beginner im facing difficulty. i want to know whether A.N. Sridhar is good for Capital market and Financial management ?

how our study mat is not well organised.. its good and vast .. in details.. see i have never read any reference book so don't know wheater A. N. Sridhar is best or not.. For more understanding on practical questions you can refer suggested answers as many of the questions in ICWAI final are repeated types..
